The OSPCA is the umbrella organization for all humane societies in Ontario. The OSPCA operates many shelters in several communities directly, but its network of affiliate members, which includes the London Humane Society, operate independently with no financial support from the OSPCA. The London Humane Society is a registered not for profit organization that receives no government funding.
